Project Description
Lovelace House is a residential block consisting of 137 dwellings. Following a detailed survey, the existing cladding and insulation was found to be defficient and remedial measures are required.
We are removing all of the existing insulated render system back to sheathing board and replacing this with a non-combustible A2 rated Wetherby render system.
The works are programmed in a sequenced manner to be undertaken over a 55-week period.
