We are delighted to have signed contracts with Crest Nicholson to undertake the cladding remediation works at Lovelace House, Ealing.
Lovelace House is a residential block consisting of 137 dwellings.
As part of the remeditation works we are removing all of the existing insulated render system back to sheathing board and replacing this with a non-combustible A2 rated Wetherby render system.
Works commenced on site in late September 2024.
In September, we celebrated the completion of our Orchard Close housing development with Settle Housing.

RJ O’Neill are delighted to have signed contracts with Settle to deliver The Gates housing development in Houghton Regis. This is our second project with Settle and follows the Orchard Close development in Upper Gravenhurst.
This exciting new development will deliver 119 new affordable homes, through a mix of 1-4 bedroom houses.
Works are commencing on site, with completion due in 2025.
Ownership of the stunning new 3-bed show home has been handed over to settle. Located on the old equestrian site in Orchard Close, Gravenhurst – the smart semi-detached house, marketed as shared ownership is dressed and ready to receive the first of its prospective buyers. The completed scheme will see us deliver a mix of shared ownership and rental properties, comprising 50 houses (2,3 & 4 bedrooms), 2 bungalows and 1 flat over a garage. Completion is due for summer 2023.
