Situated on the banks of the River Thames in Greenhithe, Ingress Park is a modern residential development formed of four apartment blocks – Oarsman House, Darbyshire House, Clarinda House and Bessborough House. Following a series of specialist fire-safety investigations, a programme of targeted remediation works was commissioned to address defects within several external wall systems and to enhance overall compliance across the estate.
The remediation works are being delivered across a fully occupied development, with residents and leaseholders remaining in situ for the duration of the 12-month programme. To support this, internal condition surveys are being scheduled through our digital QR-code booking system, allowing residents to select convenient appointment times with minimal disruption.
