Project Description

Situated on the banks of the River Thames in Greenhithe, Ingress Park is a modern residential development formed of four apartment blocks – Oarsman House, Darbyshire House, Clarinda House and Bessborough House. Following a series of specialist fire-safety investigations, a programme of targeted remediation works was commissioned to address defects within several external wall systems and to enhance overall compliance across the estate.

The remediation works are being delivered across a fully occupied development, with residents and leaseholders remaining in situ for the duration of the 12-month programme. To support this, internal condition surveys are being scheduled through our digital QR-code booking system, allowing residents to select convenient appointment times with minimal disruption.

Scope of Work:

Oarsman & Darbyshire House:
– Complete removal of render & EPS insulation
– Installation of new insulation & A2 rated render
– Install cavity barriers within the curtain walling
– Install new cavity barriers behind external brick skin
– Replace decking to all balconies

Clarinda & bessborough House:
– Install new cavity barriers behind rainscreen cladding
– Inject RedPlug insulation into brick/rendered wall system
– Replace balcony decking to affected floors
