Project Description
This scheme involved refurbishing 67 student flats, including:
- New kitchens
- New Carpets
- New Vinyl Flooring
- New Windows
- Replacement of Fire Stopping
- Facade Enhancement Works
All works were completed within the restrictions imposed during the Covid-19 lockdown period.
Completion – September 2020.
