This project comprises the redevelopment of 13 Orchard Close in Upper Gravenhurst, Bedfordshire. 53 residential units, including:
- 50 houses (2, 3 & 4 bedroom)
- 2 bungalows
- 1 flat over garage
The housing estate is located on a former equestrian site, which means the project also required:
- New utilities infrastructure
- A substation
- Hard and soft landscaping
- New access into the site from Orchard Close via a Section 278 Agreement
