Project Description
This project formed part of a broader refurbishment of 67 student flats, led by main contractor ARJ Construction. Our role focused on the removal and replacement of all existing windows with new, high-performance PVC-U units, along with minor façade enhancement works. The aim was to modernise the building envelope while improving energy efficiency and resident comfort.
Scope of Works:
- Replacement of all windows with new PVC-U units
- Minor external façade enhancement works
Key Outcomes:
- Full window replacement completed on time and to a high standard
- Enhanced building appearance and thermal performance
- Successfully managed access constraints and complex site logistics
- Safe delivery of works in a live, occupied building environment
