Project Description

Located off London Road in Isleworth, Heath House is a multi-use residential building containing 59 flats. The residences are spread over a block ranging from three to six storeys. Following an external survey the recommendation was given for ‘full removal of the current external wall insulation (EWI), remediation of the building and installation of a new EWI system with new fire components’.

This scope of the remediation comprises the following elements:

  • Undertake intrusive investigations
  • Remove existing brickwork to expose cavity barriers
  • Replace cavity barriers with A1 rated product
  • Reinstall brickwork
  • Remove existing Bauclad HPL, ACM panels and cladding around oriel windows
  • Install new cavity barriers and A1 insulation behind HPL cladding
  • Replace rainscreen cladding to all areas

The building will remain fully occupied throughout the works.
