Project Description

Located off London Road in Isleworth, Heath House, this scheme involved the full remediation of the external wall system across a 59-apartment residential building, ensuring compliance with current fire safety regulations whilst maintaining the building’s original appearance.

This scope of the remediation comprises the following elements:

  • Undertake intrusive investigations
  • Remove existing brickwork to expose cavity barriers
  • Replace cavity barriers with A1 rated product
  • Reinstall brickwork
  • Remove existing Bauclad HPL, ACM panels and cladding around oriel windows
  • Install new cavity barriers and A1 insulation behind HPL cladding
  • Replace rainscreen cladding to all areas

Delivering this project within an occupied building presented unique challenges, successfully managed through a proactive resident engagement strategy, which ensured regular communication and minimal disruption whilst maintaining safety and transparency throughout.
