Orchard Close Completion

In September, we celebrated the completion of our Orchard Close housing development with Settle Housing.

The completed scheme has provided 53 new affordable homes, including:

• 50 houses (2, 3 & 4 bedroom)
• 2 bungalows
• 1 flat

Residents are now moving in and we hope they enjoy their new homes.
