Britten Wing Window Replacement
We are proud to announce the successful completion of our cladding and insulation remediation project at Heath House, Isleworth, delivered on behalf of Crest Nicholson plc.
This scheme involved the full remediation of the external wall system across a 59-apartment residential building, ensuring compliance with current fire safety regulations while maintaining the building’s original appearance.
Key works included:
• Removal/reinstatement of existing brickwork to replace cavity barriers
• Removal of Bauclad, HPL and ACM cladding systems
• Installation of new A1 rated insulation
• Installation of new compliant cladding and rainscreen systems
Delivering this project within an occupied building presented unique challenges, successfully managed through a proactive resident engagement strategy, which ensured regular communication and minimal disruption whilst maintaining safety and transparency throughout.
A great achievement by the team and a strong example of collaborative delivery focused on quality, safety, and resident care.
