A mix of:

- 18 x flats
- 4 x duplex flats
Window & Door Package:
R J O’Neill was appointed to deliver the full window and door package across the development. Our works included:
- Supply and installation of white Liniar UPVC windows and doors across all building types
- Window designs include top-hung, side-hung, and bay windows on selected properties
- Installation of French doors to the rear of every house & flat
- All installations carried out by our directly employed FENSA-registered, Liniar-approved installation teams

- Installations to BS 8213 Part 4:2007 standards
- Energy-efficient multi-chambered profiles
- Patented bubble gasket for superior weather sealing
- No hard spot design for durable, high-quality welds
